Thank you for your take on this endemic reality. As a Director of Business Development in a small business I’ve heard every spin on why ‘it wasn’t a lesson learned’ – repeatedly. Unfortunately, the failure (or refusal) to see oneself as vulnerable is counterintuitive to many an otherwise bright entrepeneur executive.
