I was just this morning explaining the need for certain data in order to &quot;market&quot; a proposed reorganization to stakeholders.

Your article clarified in my mind that the &quot;CEO&quot; of any organization (or project) needs to be the chief marketer for that organization or project.  

And for small organizations like AGTS, the CEO herself/himself needs to be able to craft approaches and wording that persuade and inspire to action.
