					<description><![CDATA[I so agree with you, Hamilton. If sellers would just think about how they like to be sold, they’d be more than half way to the sale.  Recently a friend of mine went out for bid for photographic services (to showcase a vacation rental).  Of the three firms contacted, only one actually “listened to the customer” and then responded quickly and appropriately. How hard is that?  Pretty hard apparently. (The guy who listened got the work. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a bonus if the shoot goes well.)]]></description>
