I work with a lot of people who are very smart about a lot of things. Many of whom who bump up against the marketing of their product or service and stop.
Why? I believe it’s because they assume that marketing must be complex if they don’t know how to do it. After all, you’re smart, right? If you’re smart and you don’t know how to market your product, marketing must be complex.
Well, after 30+ years doing marketing, know this. Marketing, done well, isn’t easy. But, the answers lie more in simplicity than in complexity.
